Badminton:Girish Chandra


Girish Chandra Joshi is in 3rd year ceramics. Silver medalist at the last two editions of Spardha, he hopes to launch his team’s campaign with all guns blazing, hoping for a gold this time around. If the current form and dedication is maintained, he is sure to emerge victorious amidst the avalanche of blazing shuttles.

According to Girish, Amay Baokar is going to be the star for IT at Spardha, so other teams better watch out for him.

The team is counting on home crowd advantage as an impetus to perform well this fest!

    Seems that last gold was won under my captaincy..

    hello bhaiya.... krishna bhaiya used to tell a lot about you.ya , the last gold was won under your captaincy only, since then , scet surat was winning gold, but from last two years we are continuously getting silver, lets see what happens this time.

    SCET Surat was one team that we brought from Gujrat in Spardha 2005... Bunch of good athletes... Guess their National player wud be playing his last Spardha... BTW they are coming na.. Heard last year some incident occurred with their team...
